Aromatherapy on the go - an extremely versatile stick allowing the therapeutic benefits of essential oils to be enjoyed. A simple and effective way to support your emotional wellbeing.
Aromasticks are very effective, easy and enjoyable to use. Keep the stick in your pocket, bag or your bedside for easy access and relief. The inner wick is saturated with essential oils for the desired effect.
To use:- unscrew the stick from the base, hold the stick 1cm from your nose and sniff. The essential oil molecules will be picked up by the olfactory (smell) system (at the top of the nose), as this system is closely aligned with the limbic (emotional) system in the brain.
Varieties available:
- Sleep Well - a lovely combination of Roman Chamomile, Bergamot, Lavender and Mandarin - all reputed to help with insomnia, reduce anxiety and calm the mind for a good nights sleep
- Calm Focus - Rosemary, Geranium and Bergamot essential oils. Rosemary helps with focus and concentration and Geranium and Bergamot maintaining calmness. Useful when having to concentrate on a task or whilst studying
- Inner Calm / Comfort - an exceptional blend of Sandalwood, Bergamot, Rose, Lavender and Frankincense to calm inner turmoil. An incredibly grounding and comforting blend to help with feelings of stress, anxiety, feeling overwhelmed and supporting acceptance
- The Headache Stick - Peppermint, Marjoram, Lavender and Eucalyptus are a great combination of natural pain relievers to clear the head and help relieve the pain of headaches and migraines.
The sticks are made from PET plastic so can be recycled and also refilled (please keep and return to be refilled). Sticks come in assorted, random colours. Size 6.5cm long x 2cm in diameter.
